Our names are Tony Burgess and Julie French and we are Directors of Academy of High Achievers Ltd (Aha!) When you choose our training, you are choosing a life-enriching experience that you can only just begin to imagine now. It has repeatedly become very clear to us that although people invest in our training very readily, they are usually unaware of just how positively impactful it is going to be until they actually arrive and begin to experience it. After the outstanding success of our 2007 'Unearthing Diamonds' training events in Spain and Glastonbury (UK) (for news click here), we are in increasingly high demand for our delivery of this exceptional and unique training programme. Where there is a group of 6 to 8 people from your own organisation or you can bring together a smilar sized group to include yourself and associates, please call Julie French on +44 (0)7989 991 056 to discuss how we can deliver the most suitable group package for you. We offer fee reductions to any individual that brings a group together for our 'Unearthing Diamonds' programme (which will vary according to group size and the package chosen). We can run the programme as non-residential, spread across 7 days to suit your group's requirements (over a number of weeks or months) or our 'Rolls Royce' version is a 7-day intensive residential experience for those of you who are willing to free-up a whole week in your diaries for a 'full immersion' experience. Either way, you are entitled to free ongoing support from us after the programme.
Residential venues: For those of you that would like to go for our Residential training option, here are some of the wonderful venues that we rate highly for our training:
A group of 16th Century Cottages and Function Room in Glastonbury 5 Star Hotel in Spain We carefully select residential venues to create that perfect atmosphere for your learning and development. Imagine having all your needs catered for from the moment you arrive until the moment that you leave, so you can simply focus on enjoying and engaging with the learning experience. We think you deserve to be looked after well whilst you train with Academy of High Achievers. We can also help you to consider a wide range of options for non-residential training venues (to suit your budget and your group's location).
Some of the key factors that enrich your learning experience so significantly include the following: - We insist on training only small groups of delegates (usually a max of 8) which means that you get maximum attention from us as your trainers. - The way we train and coach you really accelerates your learning by operating at both conscious and unconscious levels of processing and by the time you depart you will be a shining example of NLP excellence. - We provide a unique, clear, practical and super-simple conceptual model through which you can apply all of your change tools (existing and new) to effect positive change effortlessly and reliably, whatever it is that your clients want to achieve.
- We keep out of the unnecessary jargon that often goes with teaching models and methods for facilitating change. We know that helping you to shine as the outstanding facilitator of change that you can be, is about helping you to 'perform' super-effectively rather than helping you to use fancy terms.
- We teach you to be able to work 'content-free' (hence the reference to 'blindfolded' at the top of the page). What we mean by this is that you will become skilled at helping people to make massive progress even when you don't know what it is that they actually want to achieve (only the clients themselves need to know what they want in order for you to help them massively). This is so powerful. So often, 'contamination' can occur when well-meaning change facilitators get drawn into the client's 'story' and start to offer their own opinions and solutions based on their own models of the world. By being able to offer content-free support, you can keep the change process 'pure', freeing the clients own solutions and resources to move forward effectively. Being able to operate in this way makes you a change facilitator that can operate at a level that is head and shoulders above the level at which most are operating.
- When you graduate from the programme, you will be personally supported by us for FREE for your whole lifetime (or at least for as long as we are alive and well enough to support you), as you become part of the Academy's treasured 'family'. The diaried free support opportunities we offer to you amount to an added value of at least £900 + per year on an ongoing basis and that is without taking into account the value of the additional 'ad hoc' free support that we provide you as and when it is requested.
- We usually have fully qualified personal fitness trainer, Steve Halls, with us for the entire programme (on all residential trainings and on non-residential training by arrangement) to ensure that you are having a truly holistic development experience. Steve is an absolute gem and delegates simply love him! There are lots of personal breakthroughs experienced by our delegates in the area of fitness during the residential, including delegates that had not done any kind of deliberate structured exercise since they were a child at school and who considered themselves very unfit. Steve has a fabulous sense of humour and a great energy about him. He also plays the guitar and sings for us (if we ask nicely) as we relax at the end of a fabulous day of training.
- On some residential training events, Steve's wonderful wife, Marie, as well as being a fully qualified fitness instructor herself, can step into her other expert role (by arrangement) of trained and experienced chef for the week - looking after your physical nourishment for the duration of your stay. She really does a fantastic job and we are very lucky to have her on board as part of the Aha! family
Also, new to the team is Richie Barbour who is both a qualified Chef and a qualified Fitness Trainer, so even when Steve and Marie are unable to be with us, we still have our health, fitness and nutritional needs covered!
With the whole team dedicated to supporting you on your development journey, we know that the richness and depth of your experiences with us will be something that will stay with you forever. Our staightforward no quibble guarantee to you when we welcome you onto our programme is that you will have a delightful and life-enhancing experience or your money back! Investment: Your investment includes the training itself where you will be closely supported by Tony and Julie, all training materials including 20 CD set and manual, full certification as an NLP Practitioner, ongoing support from Tony and Julie after graduation, and life membership of Academy of HIgh Achievers. Investment fees for the whole training programme delivered as non-residential can be as low as £1997 + Vat per person (this fee usually applies if you and/or your group travels to receive training in Stafford). If you choose to make the training a 7-day full-immersion residential experience, (which in our opinion is the very best way to receive your training), your investment also includes opt-in health and fitness sessions with Steve at the beginning of each day, coaching and training into the evening from Tony and Julie, your accomodation (room to yourself) and all your meals throughout. Investment fees for the residential training experience starts as low as £2950 + Vat depending upon the location and the type of venue chosen. For both residential and non-residential programmes, we offer flexible payment plans for those who have a genuine need to spread the payments (please contact us to discuss this further). Remember - There are also fee reductions on offer to any individual that brings a group together for our 'Unearthing Diamonds' NLP Practitioner programme (the amount of fee reduction will vary according to group size and the package chosen).

"WOW! I went (on the course), with some outcomes in mind - definite 'stuff' that I wanted to deal with. I came away having achieved all of those outcomes and more. It wasn't just about my own transformation/breakthroughs, it was about being a part of other people's and sharing with them was a fantastic experience and privilege.
The arrow breaking exercise, during which I chose specifically to deal with one of my major outcomes (I knew that I would know when the right moment presented itself), was a major achievement. Living life 'in the flame' is my desire and a week on the practitioners course was the beginning of that for sure!
It's also so wonderful to have 'unclogged' my brain. What I mean specifically, is that it's like I have 'fast filed' stuff that was lying dormant and taking up disc space. As a result, my clarity of thought is so much sharper (pinging to be exact!), and my ability to take on new learnings and concepts has heightened. It's like my brain and in particular my unconscious mind, has become a soft, receptive sponge (natural variety of course), moist and healthy instead of hard,dry and scratchy (that's in the past) - allowing valuable knowledge and learnings to process through.
Of course the valuable relationships that developed over the week and the friendships now growing on the back of an incredible week of growth and development have also added to the experience. For me personally, being there with Sean (my husband) was an added bonus - to see his confidence and natural ability shine through stronger each day was immensely satisfying and rewarding.
