Our executive coaching programmes are sometimes adopted as part of an organisation's talent management processes.

Specific outcomes are agreed at the outset and progress is reviewed at regular intervals with a formal review at least every 6 months. This ensures that the coaching continues to relate closely to organisational targets and serves to maximise return on investment.

Coaching sessions address specific challenges, assist with problem solving, enhance communication skills, improve focus, and help coachees to continually ‘sharpen the saw’ meaning that successful outcomes for the coachees and the organisation become much more achievable.

It can benefit them to understand what they are doing well and in what specific areas they need to improve. We have coaches in the team who are accredited to deliver feedback interviews using the ECI Inventory tool which assesses Emotional Intelligence using a 360 degree online questionnaire. This can help to pinpoint at the outset the most valuable areas on which to focus in order to attract maximum and most lasting benefits from the coaching programme that follows.
