You are invited to take part in one of our life-enhancing (guaranteed!) personal development weekend experiences.

The settings for the unique learning experiences that we organise for you are always very special. Your learning and self-discovery is enhanced when you 'get away' from the day-to-day distractions and you can relax and enjoy a natural, tranquil environment, perfect for connecting with your most deep and powerful inner resources.

FUN is a key part of any effective learning experience, so get ready for lots of smiles and laughter as you experience personal breakthroughs that uncover more of your true potential.

Joining you for the weekend will be Steve Halls, the Academy's health and fitness expert. We know that you will warm to Steve very quickly and as well as options for taking part in early morning keep fit sessions, you will also experience Steve energising the group at key points during the weekend so that everyone is in just the right state for maximum learning.

Steve has a great sense of fun which is contagious and if we speak to him nicely he may even sing and play his guitar to entertain us during the evenings.

Your journey of personal discovery during the weekend will include developing a clearer understanding of how you are operating mentally and emotionally. There will be oportunities to explore your sense of purpose and your values, your sense of who you are as an individual and how well your beliefs are serving you or preventing you from getting what you truly want in your professional and/or personal life.

You will have a chance to assess your current behaviours in relation to your intended professional and/or personal life experiences.

You will begin to fully appreciate and use the wide range of approaches and tools that are available to you to help you to fully 'let go' and 'go with the flow' when that serves you best. The experience will also help you to get really pro-active and create opportunities for yourself in line with well-formed specific goals, when that is most appropriate for you.

Amongst other approaches, you will encounter the pure magic of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) - The technology of human achievement and experience.

You will be sharing your experience with a small select group of delegates (usually a max of 12), all of whom have a common interest in personal growth and development. A personal development experience like this offers a great opportunity to make friends for life!

We choose our training centres so that the environment is most conducive to learning.

Our approach is very permissive - if it is right for you then that is fantastic, if not then you can learn lots as an observer and a supporter of others.
